Refunds

We accept refund requests within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the VPN service does not meet the technical specifications as described or experiences technical issues that prevent proper functionality. Refund eligibility is subject to our technical review process.

Once we receive your refund request and review the case, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund will be given to the payment initiated media itself. The refund amount will exclude any transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your VPN plan for a different subscription tier or billing cycle, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, subject to plan availability and price differences.

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain situations are non-refundable. These include:

  • Change of mind about the VPN service
  • Finding an alternative VPN service provider
  • Performance issues related to your internet connection or device compatibility
  • Inability to access certain websites or services (due to geo-restrictions or site blocking)
  • Subscription renewals (unless there are technical issues on our end)

Technical Issues or Service Failures

In the unfortunate event that your VPN service experiences technical issues that prevent proper functionality, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for technical support, service credits, or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.

Refund Processing

You will be responsible for providing detailed information about the issue you're experiencing unless the refund is due to our error (e.g., billing mistakes, service not delivered, technical failures on our end). In such cases, we will process your refund request with priority.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your request. Please note that it may take additional time (7-14 business days) for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
